Scenic Hill Neighborhood Council

Our boundaries extend from the intersection of Central Ave N. and E. Smith St. in the northwest, down to the intersection of SE 267th St. and 104th Ave SE in the southwest.  Our neighborhood includes the 899 homes located on Scenic Hill as well as the Kent Senior Center, Mill Creek Canyon Park, Scenic Hill Elementary, Hillcrest Burial Park, and Kent Swim and Tennis Club.

Scenic Hill is the one of, if not the oldest neighborhood in Kent.  We still have a few homes that were built in the late 1800's and early 1900's on government land grants.  We also have original apple trees from the Reitan homestead orchard spread out through our neighborhood.  Scenic Hill has been the home of Kent mayors and city council members as well as business owners, financiers and bankers throughout Kent's long history.
